Prince Jorge 'George' Jimenez Neubauer Torres V is the Founder, President, and CEO and majority shareholder in Neubauer Artists on behalf of L'Oréal. George has a diversified fortune of $14.5 billion on different markets. Neubauer Artists is at the forefront and the world biggest entertainment industry agency who ensures Top-Quality Artists in Music, Hollywood Productions, A-Listers, Models & Athletes. We count with a roster of 2,700 artists in the industry involved in every aspect of the show business. In 2015, he founded and launched Austrian George Bank, a Personal and Investment Bank with €337.2 Billion in Assets and €7.228 Billion in Revenue. 

Mrs. Lansing is the Chairman of the Board and Director of Neubauer Artists. She is the founder and CEO of The Sherry Lansing Foundation, an organization dedicated to funding and raising awareness for cancer research, health, public education, and encore career opportunities. Lansing has extensive knowledge regarding the creative industries, including but not limited to audio/visual content. During a nearly 30-year career in the motion picture business, Lansing was involved in the production, marketing, and distribution of more than 200 films, including Academy. She was CEO of Paramount Pictures, and president of production at 20th Century Fox. She exercises as the Chairman of the Board of UMG.

Mrs. Nielsen is the Neubauer Artists key of Sweden film studio which comprises 5 square miles as the biggest studio in the world. She also works as the primary attorney of the firm. Nielsen was the United States Secretary of Homeland Security from 2017 to 2019. She is a former principal White House Deputy Chief of Staff to President Donald Trump, and was chief of staff to John F. Kelly during her tenure as Secretary of Homeland Security. Nielsen served during the George W. Bush administration as special assistant to the president and as senior director for prevention, preparedness and response (PPR) at the White House Homeland Security Council. She is also a member of the board of D-Wave Systems in Canada. She resides in Tampa, Florida.

Ms. Bea Martin Jimenez is the Chief Financial Officer of Neubauer Artists. Beatriz exercises as regional President and Chief Executive Officer of UBS Europe, Middle East and Africa and Board Member of UBS Group and a Member of the Supervisory Board at UBS Germany along side with Mr. Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres V. She is in charge of the Lead of Sustainability, Impact and Head Non-Core and Legacy at UBS. She was educated at the University Autonomous of Madrid.

Mr. Kim is Chief Investment Officer with an advanced stock market analyses, and investment in global financial hubs such as New York, London, and Hong Kong. Mr. Kim served in served in several key roles at Government of Hong Kong Investment Corporation, including Managing Director from 2013 to 2020; and he has been the Chief Investment Officer at the National University of Singapore since 2022. Mr. Kim earned his B.S. in Economics & Industrial Management at Carnegie Mellon University. He is also an alumnus of the High Performance Board Program at the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland. Currently, he serves at the Samsung Board of Directors as an independent director.

Ms. Short is the Chief Operating Officer, Member of the Management Board at Deutsche Bank and Neubauer Artists. She previously spent almost six years within Finance as Head of Group Planning & Performance Management from August 2015. She joined Deutsche Bank in 1998 and Neubauer Artists shortly after its foundation. Afterwards, she spent 13 years in London servicing Credit Risk Management roles, latterly as European Head of Corporates. In 2013, she moved to a senior central management role in Audit in where she spent two years.

Dr. Neubauer is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine that works as the Director of Development at Neubauer Artists representing the system cornerstone of the entertainment industry where she dedicates her time on the management connecting them with clients and building lifelong relationships. As part of a General Office team, she provides the tools where artists thrive around the globe helping to foster financial security for countless individuals, and their future contribution to the growth of the business. She graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2017 and completed a residency at Regions Hospital.

Mrs. Sophie is the Director of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee

Member of the Nominations and Governance Committee at Neubauer Artists. She earned a degree from EDHEC business school in Paris in 1983. Currently, she is the Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo. Sophie began her career in 1985 with Crédit Lyonnais in the United States as a mergers and acquisitions advisor for the bank’s French clientele in New York. In September 2008, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Services for Sodexo France. In that capacity, she also took over responsibility for Facilities Management activities in France in September 2010. She exercises at the Board of Directors of L'Oréal Paris.

Mr. George Olcott is the Audit & Supervisory Board Member. He was educated at Oxford and Cambridge University. George works as the audit and supervisory board chief as an independent examinator of financial information at Neubauer Artists whether he makes sure the the profit is correctly oriented and follows the guidelines of examination conducted with a view to express an opinion thereon. Mr. Olcott is responsible for the audits that provide third-party assurance to clients where the subject is free from material misinformation. His career span from President of UBS Asset Management in Japan to being Board Member at the Toyota Motor Corporation. 

Mr. Caine is the Director of the Governance Committee 

 Member of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee at Neubauer Artists. Mr. Caine is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École des Mines de Paris and holds the rank of Ingénieur en Chef of the Corps des Mines. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the technical advisor on energy at the cabinet office of the French Minister for the economy, finance and industry. In 2013, he was appointed Senior Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Performance Officer in the Executive Committee of Thales Group.  Patrice became a member of the Executive Committee of the Conseil National de l’Industrie. He serves at the board of L’Oréal since 2018.

Mrs. Clooney is the Chairman if the Board of Neubauer Artists. A British international human rights lawyer with past clients such as former Maldivian president Mohamed Nasheed, Australian WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, Yazidi human rights activist Nadia Murad, Filipino-American journalist Maria Ressa, Azerbaijani journalist Khadija Ismayilova, and Egyptian-Canadian journalist Mohamed Fahmy. She has held various appointments with the Government of the United Kingdom and the United Nations, and is also an adjunct Law Professor at Columbia Law School.

Mrs. Cordero is the official spokesperson of Neubauer Artists and the Robert M. Gates Senior Fellow and General Counsel at the Center for a New American Security. Her research and writing interests focus on intelligence community oversight, transparency, surveillance, cybersecurity and related national and homeland security law with policy issues. She is a member of Homeland Security Advisory Council. Her research and writing interests focus. She has multiple columns as a collaborator at multiple news agencies as staff where she writes different columns and is invited to different segments on TV. Mrs. Cordero is also an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law.
