How is the weight of the product measured?

The weight of the product on the website is applied as weight plus volume, not only the actual weight.

Can I change the address?

You can go My Account -> Order list and click your order number -> Address modification to change your shipping address. You cannot change the address once the shipping process has begun.

How long does it take for the delivery?

It depends on which shipping method you are choosing for the parcel. FEDEX/DHL : 3-10 business days after processing.

There may be errors in your PC or mobile, or there may be problems with the payment method. Please try changing the browser environment or changing the payment method.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping fee when refund for a simple reason?

You have to pay for shipping when returning/exchange in case product if defective, shipping will be refunded. We can make a refund the order after checking the return product and only the item fee will be refunded.

Does the shipping cost include taxes?

Taxes (customs/import fee) are not included in the shipping cost, tax is collected already in the order price at the customs office, it must be paid separately. If not paid, the package will be returned or discarded.
