PAYMENTS
Neubauer Artists accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit and debit cards. We do not accept payments by check, cash, bank transfer, money order or gift check for online purchases. You can pay with any form of payment through your GPAY and APPLE PAY at checkout. All payment transactions are secure. Our website uses SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal and payment information is protected.
All sales are Tax-free for the customer (tax surcharge - VAT) since we ship from multiple locations in Europe.
DELIVERIES
We only accept orders for delivery to addresses in Europe, Middle East, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Scandinavia, United States, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. We do not send to addresses of mailboxes separated or outside those territories. We process up to 72 hours (3 business days), all orders confirmed by 5 p.m. (business days), whose items are available in stock. For custom parts, it takes an additional 5 working days (in addition to the standard delivery estimate) for your order to be processed. The delivery is Free and Return shipping for orders over $500 dollars.
IMPORTANT:
1. Neubauer Artists has a protocol of delivery agreement with DHL Express and FedEx.
2. Delivery estimates are only indicative and are subject to the approval of your order. Working days are defined from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays.
Please note that deliveries may take longer for certain remote areas or if your order requires additional security validation.
FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION
The images are stock photographs and the colors and sizes may not exactly match on actual products, based on the camera lens from the stock photography and the original product.
RETURN POLICY
Exchanges and returns are accepted up to 15 days after receipt of the ordered part(s), and after this period Neubauer Artists reserves the right to exchange only the defective or non-conforming part(s).
Exchanges or returns of custom parts are not accepted. The part(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all accessories (certificates, manuals, etc.) shipped in the original packaging, as described in this Exchange and Return Policy.
To return or exchange items from your order, you just need to contact us about your decision, as long as you respect the conditions of this Exchange and Return Policy.
The online exchange will always imply a return of the item(s) and the making of a new purchase.
How to make an exchange or return?
After the parts are inspected by Neubauer Artists Jewelry, and your return or exchange request is accepted, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days, through the same payment method you used in the initial transaction.
